Unfortunately, we have no regular opening hours in the off-season. In principle, however, reservations can be picked up after agreeing a time on the day of your reservation. After a successful reservation, please contact us.

We do deliver to the reception of your desired hotel in Munich and pick it up from there.
Items must be returned to reception by 10:15 a.m. at the latest.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Airbnb.

You can check the availability of the products directly in our online shop. Simply enter the pick-up date and check whether the desired size is still available.

Please bring your ID or passport with you to pick up. Furthermore, we will book a deposit on your card payment. The amount of the deposit depends on the number of outfits rented. If you pay cash, the deposit must also be paid in cash.

Payment is only made when you pick it up in store. We accept EC, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or cash.
